We are proud to announce that Cheeky Peak Brewery is now offering our all new complete Whiskey, Rum, Vodka and Gin distilling system that attaches to our very popular Tri Clover Edition 230L & 170L 3V Double Tip NANO Brewery systems.
NANO distilling attachment
The NANO all in one distilling attachment is a 6″ pot and reflux all in one still. We have made the distilling attachment 6″ as you will need it to be 6″ to distil 200L of wash. Using a four inch still will take forever and a day to distill a 200L wash.
The NANO distilling attachment can make Brown and White spirits at the turn of a few valves. Make RUM, Whiskey, Gin or vodka at the simple turn of a few valves.
The NANO distilling attachment can also be ultered to hard plumb into 2 or 3 270L vessels located on our tip systems. Hard plumb the distillery attachment in to 2 or 3 NANO vessels will enable NANO distillery attachment to be distilling from 400L or 600L of wash at one time. In this case you may consider one of 8″ or 12″ distilling attachments.

The flat based vessels of the NANO give the NANO system ultimate flexibility. All vessels on the system can be converted into Mash Tuns for all grain wash production. Alternatively, all mash tuns can quickley be reverted back to still boilers. Modifying the NANO system for distilling purposes is simple with a few cost effective upgrades that other system on the market can not do.
NANO can be custom made right here at CPB. The NANO system can produce upto 600L of wash in a single batch due to flexibility and simplicity that the NANO tipping system provides.
NANO is without doubt the best system for all round brewing and distilling that no other system offers on the Australian market. Best of all it tips so from batch to batch!
It simply makes producing all grain wash a non labour intensive task.
