Such products as Calcium Sulphate, Calcium Chloride and Calcium Carbonate are added to brewing water to drive specific beer flavor targeted for the beer style. They are used to lower or increase water PH.
Cheeky Peak also offer beer finnings such as Islington Finnings and Gelatin Finings for achieving bright and well presented beers post fermentation. Wirlfloc is another product we offer that can be used at the end of the wort cooking process to aid in the coagulation and settling of haze-producing proteins and beta glucans.
