Black Rock Bitter:
Originally brewed in England for the long voyage to New Zealand. Rich, strong and tasty. A good blend for Black Rock Bitter would be Light Dry Malt, Malto Dextrine and Dextrose. You could pimp this beer out by stepping some roasted malt i.e choclate or roast Barley and boil some Northern Brewer hops into it as well.
