Black Rock Miners Stout:
The West Coast coal miners meal at the end of the day. Dark, smooth and satisfying. The Black Rock Miners Stout has big roasty malt flavor and is made from 100% NZ malts. Compared to other sout kits on the market this stout is up there. Blend it with a 250g Dry Dark Malt, 500g Dry Light Malt and 250g Dextrose and you will end up with a very nice stout.
if you like Sweet Stouts then blend with Blend it wi a 250g Dry Dark Malt, 500g Dry Light Malt, 250g Dextrose and 250g of lactose. If you like oatmeal Stouts then Blend it with a 250g Dry Dark Malt, 500g Dry Light Malt, 250g Dextrose and then step 300 to 400g of rolled oats in 4ltr of water at 70 celcius for 10 minutes.
