This is a very pale malt made from plump two row barley.
Export Pilsner is a delicately flavoured malt that is lightly kilned to enable the malt to match the characteristics of European pilsners. Produces pale gold beer with a malty, slightly biscuit like flavour.
Colour: 3 – 4° EBC.
