New Design Changes Include

• 2″ Dump port from the Dished inner 150L tank to allow for easy dumping of solids such as grain, pulp or botanical s. This port now enables this boiler to be used to mash, ferment and distill on grain & produce a range of different beverage where solids are used
• New dedicated whirlpool 1.5″ port
• 1.5″ TC port for temp controller probe on the rear & front of the boiler
• 1.5″ TC racking port added
• Extra left side 1.5″ port for other required accessories
• Additional 3.5″ TC port on the top of the boiler to enable the fitment of our purpose build Agitators whilst still being able to have a viewing port

Introducing the new NANO-X 2.0 Water Jacketed Distilling/Wort Boiler Range. This all new Bain-marie style boiler will come in 50L, 100L, 150L, 200L and 250L sizes to cater to the home and light commercial distilling market, Beer and Cider Market as well as a number of food producers.

The NANO-X 2.0 Water Jacketed Boiler range works where elements are inserted in the bottom of the outer jacket where water is placed. The elements heat the water in the outer jacket which intern transfers that heat to the contents within the inner jacket. This type of boiler works like a Bain-marie.

To compliment the new 2.0 Water Jacketed Boilers we stock 6″ & 8″ Stills to suit. 2″ & 4″ Stills are already offered to suit 50L & 100L 2.0 Water Jacketed Boilers.

• 1 X 100l NANO-X 2.0 Water Jacketed Boiler
• 1 X 1.5″ TC 90 Degree elbow, 1 X 1.5″ 200mm straight pipe, 1.5″ Butterfly Valve, 1.5″ Clamp & 1.5″ silicon beaded seals complete the outer water jacket dump valve (fitting at the very bottom)
• 2″ Pull Over Butterfly valve, 2″ TC Clamp & 2″ Silicon Beaded Seal complete the inner 100L dished bottom tank dump valve assembly
• 1 X 1.5″ TC with 13mm Elbow Barb, 1 X 1.5″ TC with 13mm Straight barb, 1 X 1.5″ TC Equal Cross piece, 1 X 1.5″ TC 3 Piece Ball Valve for steam release from the water jacket, 1 X o.5 bar PRV, 1 X 1m of high temp silicon tubing & 1.5″ TC Clamps & Seals all form the water jacket fittings. These fittings enable water level viewing & enable the safe running of the boil jacket
• 1 X 1.5″ TC 1 Bar PRV for the inner jacket
• 1 X 1.5″ TC Thermowell for temperature controller temp probe housing/placement
• 1 X Set of both, Wheels and Leveling feet
• 1 X 1.5″ TC Pressure Gauge for inner jacket pressure read
• 3.5″ TC View Port and 3.5″ end cap to cover the other 3.5″ port where an agitator can be installed
• 5 X 1.5″ TC End Caps, 5 X 1.5″ TC Clamps & Seals cover the remaining 1.5″ vacant ports

100L NANO-X Jacketed Distilling Boiler – Inner Jacket

• 1.5mm Thick 304SS Stainless Steel
• 1 X 8″ Top Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Mounting Port
• 2 X 3.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Forward Viewing Port located to the front of the 10″ port allowing view of boiler contents during a boil
• 3 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover port on top of the boiler for a host of other accessories available at Cheeky Peak Brewery
• 2 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Middle thermometer port on the rear and the front of the boiler from the base of the boiler to allow for a digital temperature controller sensor or probe or an analogue thermometer
• 1 X 1.5″ Dedicated Whirlpool port on the front right side of the boiler
• 1 X 1.5″ Racking port below the front thermometer port
• 1 X 1.5″ front right side TC port for other accessories
• 1 X 2″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Dump port which draws from the middle of the Inner Jacket Dished Bottom. The dump port is fabricated with an elbow and then pipe work that runs through to the outer jacket to the front of the boiler. This design allows complete liquid dump and ensures no residue remains thus enabling dry storage

100L NANO-X Jacketed Distilling Boiler – Outer Jacket

• 2 X 2″ TC Element ports at the base of the boiler. Element lengths that fit into the ports can be a maximum of 590mm. Elements go into the water surrounding the inner jacket, meaning, Elements never come into contact with the con-tense in the boiler. This is the ultimate boiler for any boiling application
• 2 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover ferrules, located on the body of the boiler. These ports allow for sight glasses to be installed to ensure water level is above elements. The top 1.5″ port also allows for jacket pressure relief which is vital when boiling water within a jacketed boiler. (Pressure relief is a must for this type of boiler and not a negotiable)
• 1 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover ferrule at the base of the boiler to allow for complete draining of the outer water jacket
• 4 X 304SS Legs, Leveling feet and heavy duty wheels are supplied with the boiler.
