NANO-X 250L 8″ Complete Distilling System

All new 8″ Brown spirits and Gin still with 250L Water Jacketed Boiler. This still set is turnkey as it all comes complete with fittings, valves, thermometers, clamps, sight glasses, etc, etc.

To lower the cost of this still you could;

• Replace the 250L NANO-X Water Jacketed Boiler with a 200L or even a 150L NANO-X Water Jacketed Boiler
• Remove the Gin Caddy as well as the down-wood and up-wood pipe work running to the Gin Caddy and purchase these items later.

250L NANO-X Water Jacketed Boiler:

The all new Bain-marie style boiler offered in this package 250L in total volume and for the light commercial distilling market but can be used for Beer and Cider brewing as well as a number of food product manufacturing i.e chocolate.

Elements for the NANO-X Water Jacketed Boiler are inserted in the bottom of the outer jacket where water is also placed. The elements heat the water in the outer jacket which intern transfers that heat to the contents within the inner jacket. This type of boiler works like a Bain-marie.

250L NANO-X Jacketed Distilling Boiler – Inner Jacket

• 1.5mm Thick 304SS Stainless Steel
• 1 X 10″ Top Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Mounting Port 
• 1 X 3.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Forward Viewing Port located to the front of the 10″ port allowing view of boiler contents during a boil
• 3 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover port on top of the boiler for a host of other accessories available at Cheeky Peak Brewery
• 1 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Middle thermometer port located 450mm from the base of the boiler and designed to allow for a digital temperature controller sensor or probe or an analogue thermometer
• 1 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Dump port which draws from the middle of the Inner Jacket Dished Bottom. The dump port is fabricated with an elbow and then pipe work that runs through to the outer jacket to the front of the boiler. This design allows complete liquid dump and ensures no residue remains thus enabling dry storage

250L NANO-X Jacketed Distilling Boiler – Outer Jacket

• Total Water required for outer jacket: Coming Soon
• 2 X 2″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover ferrules for ports to enable 2 X Elements to be mounted at the base of the boiler. The elements go into the water surrounding the inner jacket, meaning, Elements never come into contact with con-tense in the boiler. This is the ultimate boiler for any boiling application
• 2 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover ferrules, located on the body of the boiler. These ports allow for sight glasses to be installed to ensure water level is above elements. The top 1.5″ port also allows for jacket pressure relief which is vital when boiling water within a jacketed boiler.
• 1 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover ferrule at the base of the boiler to allow for complete draining of water from the jacket
• 4 X 304SS Legs and Leveling feet supplied with the boiler.
