Welcome to the all-new NANO-X 500L 4V Brewing System with double Mash Tun push button tipping function.

The NANO – X 500L Tip System is designed for:

• Start up breweries,
• Breweries wishing to up grade there hot side brewing equipment
• Breweries looking for the ultimate in flexibility of production as this 500L 4V can be used to produce 2 different beers of 250L batch size or a single 500L batch.

Cheeky Peak Brewery systems have a massive competitive advantage over others due to the ability to add so many other optional extra’s. A number of optional extra’s that can be purchased in order to improve user-ability and increase system efficiency. We see this as an important design feature as it allows the system to evolve as the brewery grows and brewing days become more often and longer.

Optional Extras to make brewing even easier:

• 270L 304SS Domed Lids and Agitators for the 2 Mash Tuns within the system. Domed lids can also be used on the BK’s to enable the installation of distilling equipment for distilling
• 304SS Counter Flow chiller for cooling when a recipe calls for whirlpool hop additions. Also for chilling for hop stands that reduce trube that puts pressure on the pre plate chiller hop filter

• 2 X 270L Jacketed Mash Tuns with separate sparge port and separate re-circulation port
• 2 X 270L Dished dual use Boiler Kettles (BK) or Hot Liquor Tanks (HLT)
• 2 X Clean In Place Spay Balls for ease of cleaning all 4 vessels
• 2 X Motorized push button tipping cradles
• 2 X Motorized Tipping Motors with tipping cradles for Mash Tun grain dumping at the push of a button (no more shoveling)
• 4 X 5750w 25amp Elements (2 X Elements for each BK/HLT)
• All Tri Clover elements for easy removal and cleaning of all elements used on the system
• 2 X TC Flow Meters for instant flow rate setting when mash recirculating and transferring to BK’
• 2 X 3200w 15amp elements for RIMS re-circulation
• 2 X 3″ TC Sight Glass Pro RIMS packages with 3200w/15amp elements included
  
• 4 X Industrial 80amp NANO Boss Touch Screen Controllers (Australian designed and made, Heat mapping, wifi control, voltage control, water proofing and fire retardant materials on controller casing, AUD certified). Controllers now come with fermentation heating control for use on cold side equipment
  
• NANO Boss Controllers and Relays are set up for wall mounting beside the system. 304SS Wall mounting brackets provided
  
• 1 X Heavy duty Australian made 304SS brew frame with 6 X heavy duty caster wheels all with breaks.  The system can be moved and put away to make more space for customers when required
• All vessels have welded TC ports for easy removal of all fittings for cleaning
• Volume etched marking internally on vessels
• 1.5″ TC Butterfly valves, 1.5″ TC 1/2″ 3 Piece valves and 1.5″ TC 1/2″ Sight Glass valves used across the system
• 1 X 1.1kw Centrifugal Pump. This pumps is a non-corrosive pump that can also handle solids
• 2 X 65w Magnetic Drive pumps for wort transfer, also operated from the NANO Boss touch screen controllers
• All Tri Clover fittings for easy sealing and easy operation
• 1 X 17 Plate Gasket Wort Chiller
• 304SS Brackets for brew frame mounting the supplied 17 Plate Gasket Wort Chiller
• 10m Silicon Hose
• IP66 Rated (water proof) AUD Standard and certified plug tops for all elements to enable use in wet areas

Once you have purchased any 500L or 250L systems we can deliver it for just the cost of fuel if your within a reasonable traveling distance from our factory. Additionally, we add value by donating 5 hours of our time for free to assist in assembly and use where required.

If you are not within a reasonable distance of our factory then we are happy to catch a flight to your location and back but it is at your cost. The same rule applies where our time of 5 hours with you is free.
