- NANO-X 304SS 50L Dished Brew Kettle
- NANO-X 304SS 50L Malt Pipe with very solid 304SS handles that are silicon tipped to avoid burns. The malt pipe also has a slit base false floor for optimal mash efficiency
- 304SS 1.5″ Tri Clamp Re-circulation control valve and 1.5″ Tri Clamp elbow hose barb at the top of the malt pipe for fine re-circulation control and prevent a stuck mash and sparge
- 304SS 1.5″ NANO Boss Temperature Probe Housing
- 304SS 1.5″ Tri Clamp Whirlpool Valve
- 304SS 1.5″ Tri Clamp Racking Arm, 304SS 1.5″ Tri Clamp Pullover Butterfly valve and 304SS 1.5″ Tri Clamp with 1/2″ elbow barb completes the Brew Kettle pick up assembly
- 304SS 1.5″ Tri Clamp 25w Pump mounting bracket and a 25w Magnetic Drive Pump with 304SS pump head forms the wort re-circulation, transfer and CIP pump. The Tri Clamp bracket bolted to the pump base enables easy removal of the pump from the system when pump maintenance maybe required. Additionally, easy removal of the pump enables the system to be hosed down when cleaning the outer SS of the system thus preventing water damage to the system pump. The 25w system pump is magnetic drive and can handle boiling water, wort or spirit wash without causing damage to the pump
- 1 X 304SS CIP Brew Kettle & Malt Pipe lid with 304SS silicon tipped heavy duty handles. Additionally, the kettle and malt pipe lid has a 1.5″ Tri Clamp port for CIP or re-circulation accessories can be fitted to make brewing even easier
- 1.5″ 304SS Tri Clamp 90 Degree Elbow and 1.5″ Tri Clamp Butterfly Valve form the kettle dump assembly place at the centre of the dished base of the 50L Brew Kettle.
- 5 X Heavy Duty Caster Wheels come with the system to enable the system to moved from your brewing area to your cleaning area
- NANO Boss 15amp Touch Screen Controller which is the most advanced controller offered on the market. The controller runs your system and can be calibrated to any vessel you wish to use it on. The NANO Boss features voltage control and temperature control to enable precise mash temp and perfect boil control to limit unnecessary evaporation of precious wort. Additionally the NANO Boss comes with fermentation control enabling to be also used as your fermenter controller when it comes to heating.
- 1 X 304SS 2″ Tri Clamp 15amp Low Density Element does all your heating. The element is tri clamp fitted to your system for easy removal and cleaning unlike many other systems offered on the market. Additionally if your element fails it is very simple to replace without having to replace the entire system
- 1 X 304SS 3mm Thick pump mounting plate designed to fit securely to the 50L Brew Kettle legs. Additionally 1 X Caster wheel ensures the plate does not bow and a 1.5″ Tri Clamp bulk head is included to enable the system pump to be secured to the mounting plate.
- 3 X 1m Heavy duty, high temperature silicon hose & hose foam insulation python (plumbing Python) is supplied to complete the system plumbing. The plumbing python decreases liquid temperature loss as you re-circulate through the plumbing enabling better heating efficiency and far greater temperature stability during a mashing period
- 304SS Butterfly Hose clamps secure the system silicon hose plumbing to the barbed fittings supplied on the system
- Free 304SS Light Brewers Mash Paddle is included with the system
- Free Low Volume CIP Spray Ball assembly is included with the system and is Tri Clamp fitted. Important as we want to make cleaning the system as simple as we can for the brewer
