Starting Gravity: 1.059 undiluted, 1.050 with 3 litres of water added
Estimated bitterness: 30 IBU’s, all hops were added in the whirlpool at the end of the boil using only Galaxy.
Grist make up: Barrett Burston Pale 95%, Best’s Cara Hell 5%.
Recommended yeasts (Sold Separately):
Wyeast 1056 or 1272, SAF US05 or Danstar BRY97.
