A Saison made with Pilsner malt and a small amount of Wheat malt. Bittering hops are Northern Brewer with a large dose of Styrian Goldings to finish. A fruity, dry, well hopped thirst quenching beer
NOTE: These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water to the fermentation to achieve the ideal balance, you may if you wish, not add the extra water for a higher gravity version.

Starting Gravity: 1.054 undiluted, 1.046 with 3 litres of water added
Bitterness: 25 IBU’s using Northern Brewer hops.
Grist make up: Joe White Pilsner 80%, JW Pale wheat 10% and Dextrose 10%.
Wyeast 3711 French Saison or 3724 Belgian Saison, SAF T56 or Danstar Belle Saison.
