Maris Otter Malt
Simpsons Marris otter is what Cheeky Peak Brewery consider to be one of the best base malts on the market. Simpsons Marris otter is that flexiable it can work awesome with American Pale ales right through to those big Malty english and Irish beers. The malt once mashed is sweeter then most so it give you nice big malt back bone to either load up on hops for an AIPA or APA.
Must have in any all grain brewery.
