This is a light and easy drinking summer ale. It has a good malt profile, firm bitterness and pleasant hop aroma and flavour.
Dry Hopping is not essential with this beer but if you’d like to experiment you could try 40g of Galaxy in the fermenter 3 days before packaging.
Approximate cube volume: 16.5L
Starting Gravity: 1.059 undiluted, 1.050 with 3 litres of water added
Bitterness: 35 IBU’s using Magum hops.
Grist make up: 90% Joe White Pilsner and 10% Joe White Wheat.
Late hops: Galaxy and Hallertauer Mittlefruh
Wyeast 1056 or SAF US-05 or Danstar BRY-97.
