AlcoEngine Copper Alembic Distillation Lid (47mm Hole)
The Alembic Copper Domed Lid fits the DigiBoil 35L and BrewZilla 35L only.
The large copper surface area of this copper dome acts as a catalyst with the vapor in the still and help to enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas during the distilling process.
It can also help remove unwanted sulfur compounds which results in a smoother richer, sweeter tasting spirit.
