NANO-X 100L to 130L Single Vessel Pump Plate
If you are thinking of converting your NANO-X 100L to 130L Dished Brew Kettle into a single vessel system then you might need a convenient place to mount your system brewing pump. This all new Single Vessel Pump Plate enable brewers to mount their brew pump right beside their NANO-X 100L to 130L Dished Brew Kettle. The plate has provisions to support one of 1.5″ Tri Clover Bulkheads where your pump can be mounted, with the simplest of ease, by Tri Clover clamping the pump to the Bulkhead fixed on your pump plate.
When creating your single vessel system and wanting to mount your pump on one of these plates you will also require a pump base plate which is linked below.
These single vessel pump plates are constructed from 3mm thick 304SS and suit our NANO-X 100L to 130L Dished Brew Kettle. Additionally, either a 25w, or a Spike Flow pump can be mounted to the plate.
To install the plate simply remove the levelling feet or kettle wheels from the legs of your dished vessel. Place the Pump Plate over the holes and then screw in your levelling feet or wheels. The Pump Plate fits between the levelling feet or the wheels of your dished vessel and the under part of the legs of your dished vessel.
To mount a pump to the plate you will require the following fittings which are sold separately:
- 1.5″ Tri Clover Bulkhead – Wedless Bulkhead
- Choice of a 25w, 65w or Spike magnetic drive brewing pump and 1.5″ Tri Clover Pump Base Plate
