Can you deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes?

Orders can be delivered to PO BOX or Parcel Lockers if the order is under 20KG. Orders over 20KG will be shipped with a courier. Please ensure that you enter your phone number to help with delivery logistics.

Do you offer Express Post?

If your order is placed before 9am, then we aim to dispatch the same business day via Australia Post Express, if not 1-2 business days can be expected.

Do you offer free shipping over a certain amount?

As our products are reasonably priced, we cannot offer free shipping. At times selected items will contain free shipping and this will be stated clearly in the heading of the product listing.

What happens if order is damaged during transit?

In the unlikely case that you order is damaged during shipping we will replace you damaged items. Notice of damaged items must be completed within 14 days of receiving your items. Photos will need to be emailed for proof of damage.

If we can not replace due to the item being out of stock then a full refund will be made.

In the event that mail is lost we will try to first locate, if it cannot be found we will re-send the order.

You will need to allow at least 24 hours for your order to be picked, packed and ready for collection

How long does it take to process orders?

When selecting your grain, you will be able to have the option to have your grain bagged separately or combined.
