NANO – X 150L Dished Kettle 304SS False Bottom
Engineered from durable 1.5mm 304 stainless steel, this hinged false bottom is purpose-built for 150L NANO brewing vessels. Its precision 1mm slotted design ensures optimal wort flow while effectively preventing grain from passing through—making it ideal for use with recirculation pumps. Like all NANO-X false bottoms, the 150L model sits 65mm above the base of any NANO vessel.
At the base, 63.5mm-high perforated support rings provide additional grain weight support and enhanced filtration, further reducing the risk of grain entering the pump system. Strategic gaps are integrated into the center of the support rings to accommodate a heating element beneath the false bottom.
A 304 stainless steel drop-down handle is included to minimize the chance of mash paddles catching during use. The folding design also makes it easy to scrape grain from the surface, simplifying cleanup and improving overall brew day efficiency.
