NANO Brewery 304SS Quick Seal – 1.5″ Tri Clover
NANO Brewery 304SS 1.5″ Tri Clover Quick Seal. We call it Quick Seal as there is no tyflon tape required and this assembly will turn any vessel into a tri clover vessel.
Quick seal is two flanged fittings coming together to produce the strongest and best leak free seal on the inside and outside of any vessel that any brewer can use to make beer in or ferment beer in.
Quick Seal has taken our extreamly popular bulkhead fitting to a new level. We designed and made a 1.5″ Tri Clover fitting and married it to our provin bulkhead and then created a flanged female bulkhead only to fit on the inside of the vessel. This assembly combined with two silicon o-rings/washers placed on the outside and inside of the vessel enable the brewer to secure the fitting to the vessel as tight as he/she wish to go without the orings popping. This type of assembly makes the 1.5″ Tri Clover fitting as strong as a welded fitting and enabling the fitting to take the weight of a 1.5″ full bore butterfly valve with ease.
