NANO-X 100L Dished Vessel 3V
The new dished 3V for the ultimate in double batch capability, ease of cleaning, storing and grain removal. You simply cannot bet a 3v for volume output and we have designed this puppy to be a double batch beast.
Batch 1 Process: Batch 1 is done using traditional 3v brewing. HLT (Left) heats water for the system and transfers to Mash Tun (middle). HLT transfers water on top of Mash Tun when Mashing is complete, as this occurs, liquid / wort is transferred from the Mash Tun to the Boiler for the boiling activities are completed before wort chilling and transfer occurs.
Batch 2 Process: Batch two is where our design makes batch 2 so much faster, as we have designed the system in way where you can start Mashing instantly without having to wait for the Boiling process to reach 30 minutes before it is completed. Batch 2 on this system is brewed using the figure of 8 2v brewing process. So, we have essentially incorporated a 2v design into a 3v system.
