PLEASE NOTE: This cart uses a Touch Screen NANO Boss Controller. If you have also purchased a NANO Commercial brewing system then you can use a controller on that to run this CIP system.
PUMP: This cart uses a large 1.1kw/1100w single phase Centrifugal pump.

At Cheeky Peak we make our products work across a range of required brewery equipment i.e our CIP system, Keg Washer, Fermentors and Brewing systems all use Tri Clover fittings and the same controller meaning you could purchase your brewing system and use the controllers or fittings on that system to operate other required brewery equipment, like the CIP system, keg washer and fermentation vessels. By doing this we save you heaps of dollars and enable greater asset utilization of particular products. We also streamline brewery operations when as you can borrow a part from one system to use on another.

Don’t be fooled by product offerings that use different controllers, threaded parts or parts unique to each individual items. When a brewery has a host of different items with unique parts, remember they will need replacement at some stage, either by loosing the part or the parts failing, this can hold up operations (crippling for brewery business), add extra shipping cost and have a greater chance of being discontinued or superseded and therefor not available at all. Additionally, differing pumps, controllers or specialized fittings specific an item only each offer there own time consuming repair knowledge and staff usage education, creating a greater margin for error across operations.
