The NANO-X Grain Door Dished Vessel Mash Tun – the ultimate in efficient and hassle-free brewing as well as flexibility. Engineered with precision and constructed from 1.2mm thick 304SS, this Mash Tun is designed to enhance your brewing experience and last the tough rigger that is the brewing environment. Additionally, accessories can be added to evolve this Mash Tun as your brewing journey continues to grow.

- Innovative Front Grain Door: Easily remove spent grain after mashing through the front grain door, streamlining the cleanup process.
- Dished Bottom Drain Design: 1.5″ 90 Degree Tri Clover elbow and 1.5″ Tri Clover Butterfly valve form the bottom drain port. Simplify your cleaning process with the convenient bottom drain. No need for heavy lifting – just clean and drain from the bottom, but more importantly it is so much easier to store completely dry as long exposure to water alkalinity can damage stainless steel
- All Tri Clamp Ports: CPB have equipped this NANO-X Dished Vessel with Tri Clamp ports for secure and easy attachment of accessories, ensuring a seamless brewing experience.
- 1 X 2″ Rear Tri Clamp port enabling easy leak free installation of a 2″ Tri Clover element. The 2′ Tri Clamp port is precisely placed so your element can be concealed underneath the provided 304SS heavy duty False bottom enabling the conversion of your Mash Tun to a RIMS system without the need for other more expensive accessories.
- 1.5″ Tri Clamp port placed at the rear of the vessel and above the 2″ element port to send controller temperature sensors to rear of the vessel and away from the working space out the front of the vessel.
- 1.5″ Tri Clamp port placed as low as we could get it on the left side of the vessel. This placement allows liquid to be drawn from the side of the vessel to prevent a stuck mash or sparge when re-circulating
- 1.5″ Tri Clamp port located at the side wall of the vessel for re-circulation return, sparging inlet and strike water filling inlet for the vessel.
- 1.5″ Tri Clamp located on the lid of the vessel which is the perfect place for CIP Port accessories. The Clean-In-Place (CIP) port on the lid allows for efficient and thorough cleaning, making maintenance a breeze.
Cheeky Peak Brewery has persisted with heavy duty Tri Clover ports and accessories as they are built tough for the riggers of the brewing environment. Tri Clamp fittings are like Lego for adults and from them you can create so many things, to make your life of brewing so much simpler. They also enable your system to evolve and change to suit your brewing needs whilst on your brewing journey. Other off the shelf systems that are cheap, offer very little in terms of evolutionary possibilities. Further more we have added strong legs with leveling feet and wheels can be added to them. Legs, wheels or leveling feet, remove the need for brew stands and make the vessel easily relocatable where space is limited. Cheeky Peak Brewery has added tough silicon dipped handles to our kettles enabling them to hold up to 300kg of weight, so they are not snapping off!

This modern designed false bottom is hinged for easy removal. The top of the false bottom has 1.5mm slits which helps alleviate a stuck mash or sparge.
