NANO – X 200L Water Jacketed Distilling/Wort Boiler – The Ultimate Boiler for any application
Introducing the new NANO-X Water Jacketed Distilling/Wort Boiler Range. This all new Bain-marie style boiler will come in 50L, 100L, 150L, 200L and 250L sizes to cater to the home and light commercial distilling market, Beer and Cider Market as well as a number of food producers.
The NANO-X Water Jacketed Boiler range works where elements are inserted in the bottom of the outer jacket where water is placed. The elements heat the water in the outer jacket which intern transfers that heat to the contents within the inner jacket. This type of boiler works like a Bain-marie.
To compliment the new Water Jacketed Boilers we will be offering new 6″ and 8″ Stills to suit the 150L, 200L and 250L Water Jacketed Boilers, 2″ and 4″ stills are already on offer to suit the 50L and 100L sized Water Jacketed Boilers.
200L Boiler Dimensions:
- 650mm Total Diameter and inner jacket has a 596mm Diameter
- 1080mm Height from the base of the legs to the top of the 10″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover ferrule (does not include leveling feet or wheel height)

200L NANO-X Jacketed Distilling Boiler – Inner Jacket
- 1.5mm Thick 304SS Stainless Steel
- 1 X 10″ Top Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Mounting Port
- 1 X 3.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Forward Viewing Port located to the front of the 10″ port allowing view of boiler contents during a boil
- 3 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover port on top of the boiler for a host of other accessories available at Cheeky Peak Brewery
- 1 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Middle thermometer port located 450mm from the base of the boiler and designed to allow for a digital temperature controller sensor or probe or an analogue thermometer
- 1 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover Dump port which draws from the middle of the Inner Jacket Dished Bottom. The dump port is fabricated with an elbow and then pipe work that runs through to the outer jacket to the front of the boiler. This design allows complete liquid dump and ensures no residue remains thus enabling dry storage
200L NANO-X Jacketed Distilling Boiler – Outer Jacket
- Total Water required for outer jacket: Coming Soon
- 2 X 2″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover ferrules for ports to enable 2 X Elements to be mounted at the base of the boiler. The elements go into the water surrounding the inner jacket, meaning, Elements never come into contact with con-tense in the boiler. This is the ultimate boiler for any boiling application
- 2 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover ferrules, located on the body of the boiler. These ports allow for sight glasses to be installed to ensure water level is above elements. The top 1.5″ port also allows for jacket pressure relief which is vital when boiling water within a jacketed boiler. (Pressure relief is a must for this type of boiler and not a negotiable)
- 1 X 1.5″ Tri Clamp/Tri Clover ferrule at the base of the boiler to allow for complete draining of water from the jacket
- 4 X 304SS Legs and Leveling feet supplied with the boiler.
Valves and Accessories:

We supply the following fittings for the boiler:
- 1.5″ Elbow, 1.5″ 200mm straight pipe, 1.5″ Butterfly Valve, 1.5″ Clamp and seals to complete the water jacket dump valve assembly (fitting at the very bottom)
- 1.5″ Butterfly dump valve for the inner jacket
- Water level fitting to ensure the water level in the outer jacket is correct and elements do not run dry
- Safty Pressure release valve (PRV) for the water jacket and the inner jacket
- 1.5″ 3 Piece Ball Valve for steam release from the water jacket
- Pressure guage and PRV for the inner jacket
- Thermowell for temparature controller temp probe
- Wheels and Leveling feet so you can apply either
