36L NANO-X 2V Vision
Described as a supercharged NANO-X Single Vessel, this NANO-X 2V design gives the brewer ultimate control during your brew day. The exclusively designed manifold system incorporates 2 x inline sight glasses for a full vision of your wort throughout the brew day. This “vision” aspect is extremely important to ensure you can easily monitor your wort to give you signs of any unwanted air entering your line and disrupting your pump + fast monitoring of wort clarity to ensure minimal trub material is entering your fermenter after transfer. On top of the visual advantage, the NANO-X 2V Vision makes full use of the 2V manifold to control recirculation, sparging, fermenter transfer & CIP cleaning with the simple turn of a valve.
To run your brewday using the NANO-X 2V Vision, the BIABasket vessel is first utilized to mash into the 304SS Mesh Bakset with wort then directed through the manifold system, into the pump and through the NANO-X Recirculation Kit. While running your mashing process, the HLT Kettle is filled and heated to sparge water temperature.
At the conclusion of your mash period, recirculation is stopped and the mesh basket is raised with the Recirculation Lid remaining on top of the basket. The orientation of your valves then change to allow you to bring sparge water from your HLT through the manifold system, into the pump and through the Recirculation Lid for sparging. The sparging process continues until you reach your target pre-boil volume.
At this point your brew day runs as normal with boil/hop additions. At the conclusion of the boil process, the manifold system is utilized to transfer wort directly to cube (if hot cubing) or wort is directed via an inline chiller (purchased separately)
TIP: While conducting your boil, heat water in your HLT so you have hot water ready for inline CIP cleaning of your NANO-X Kettles, Basket & Manifold System.
Features
NANO-X TRI CLOVER KETTLES (2 x 36L)
The NANO-X Brew Kettle is constructed from 1.0mm thick 304 stainless steel and has a triple based bottom (enables gas burner use). The kettles include 3 x 1.5” TC ports & 1 x 2” TC port (element port) welded to the body of the kettle. The lid of the NANO-X Brew Kettle includes 1 x 1.5” TC Port welded to the centre of the lid, plus a silicon covered handle for safe handling. The vessel has 5L incremental internally etched litre volume markings, robust riveted 304SS handles with silicon grips.
304SS BREW BASKET
The 300 Micron 304SS Mesh Brew Baskets is constructed of 304SS 300 micron mesh, 304SS thick wired hooks and is perfect for extract brewing, all grain brewing, Kombucha, Tonics and a host of other brewing and cooking applications.
The 304SS Brew Basket sits 65mm from the base of the supplied NANO-x Brew Kettle to allow the supplied element to be placed under the basket. The Brew Basket also has three 304SS drop down hooks that enable the basket to hook onto the rim of the NANO-X Brew Kettle. Hooking to the rim of the vessel brings the base of Mesh Basket 70mm from the top of the vessel, enabling the basket to be drained of any residual liquid without the need to hold the Basket whilst it drains, perfect for the sparging process in all grain brewing.
NANO 2V MANIFOLD SYSTEM
Exclusively designed for the NANO-X 2V Vision. This Hard Plumbed Manifold brings the whole system to life. With the simple turn of a valve, the functional design allows for in-line mash recirculation, sparging operations, fermenter transfer & CIP operations. No more stopping & changing of hoses between brewing operations which now makes your brew day a breeze!
Built from 304SS Micro Tri Clover piping and tri clover fittings, this manifold system is easily cleaned in place which means it can remain fully constructed between your brew days!
TC INLINE SIGHT GLASS + INLINE TC SIGHT GLASS BALL VALVE
Incorporated into the 2V Manifold System are 2 x sight glasses to give you a full visual throughout your brew day. With this full vision you will have the ability to track the clarity of your wort, identify any air entering into the manifold plus reduce the amount of trub matter that enters your fermenter.
Note: The Sight Glass Ball Valve located within the manifold can be either used within the manifold or switched with the Butterfly Dump Valve and used as a Sight Glass Dump Valve.
NANO-X RECIRCULATION KIT
Create the ultimate control for your NANO-X Single Vessel System using the included Recirculation Kit.
Utilising the center 1.5” TC lid port, your NANO-X Single Vessel System is fitted with an internal 304SS Shower Head Spray Ball for gentle and even recirculation throughout your grain bed.
The kit is fitted with quality 304SS parts and includes a camlock entry point.
NANO-X TC WHIRLPOOL WITH ROTATABLE WHIRLPOOL ARM
Create the perfect whirlpool with the included NANO-X TC Whirlpool. The integrated rotatable whirlpool arm allows you to direct the flow path of your wort to create the ideal whirlpool for your specific batch size.
The ability to whirlpool is an essential process to help settle out trub/hop material and transfer clear wort into your chiller to avoid blockages. This process will also increase the volume efficiency of your system & reduce the amount of trub/hop material that makes it to your fermenter.
INLINE HLT + CIP KETTLE
A highlight feature of this NANO-X 2V System is the In-Line HLT. Sparging operations are simply controlled through the NANO Manifold System without the need for changing hoses. This HLT also doubles as a convenient CIP (clean in place) vessel for your NANO Manifold System, BIABasket Vessel & any additional fermenters you have within your brewery. The temperature is manually maintained within this HLT vessel and you may want to consider adding an extra WiFi Controller and thermowell for automatic temperature control of this HLT (See Optional Extras)
HIGH PERFORMANCE PUMP
Included in this NANO-X 2V is a high-performance curved blade impeller pump. This pump can handle up to 21ft of head pressure for optimal performance. The Stainless-Steel Pump Head is tri-clover fitted which fully dissembles in seconds for easy cleaning.
The linear flow valve provides superior flow control so you can precisely control your mash recirculation and sparging flow rate. The air vent valve allows fast & efficient priming of pump so you can avoid any airlocks.
This high quality pump will be multipurposed throughout your entire brew day to perform….
Mash Recirculation – The integrated linear flow valve allows you to control the flow rate of your recirculation as well as monitoring clarity through the manifold sight glass
Whirlpool Operations – The whirlpooling process is directed throughout your manifold. The integrated manifold sight glass allows you to visually inspect the clarity as the whirlpool is running so you know when it’s time to transfer.
Sparging Operations – Sparging operations are simply controlled through the NANO Manifold System and integrated pump without the need for changing hoses. The linear flow valve allows for precise flow control of your sparging operations.
Chilling (chiller purchased separately) – Direct wort through counter flow / plate chillers. The integrated flow valve allows you to control the flow through your chiller to dial in temperature output. The manifold sight glass also gives you a visual of wort as it passes into the chiller. This visual is important to help avoid potential blockages of trub/hop material.
Fermenter Transfer – Connect fermenter in line with your chiller and use your pump to transfer fast and efficiently.
CIP Cleaning – The Pump integrated in-line with your manifold and kettle allows you to CIP for efficient cleaning of your NANO-X 2V Brew System.
100% ELECTRIC POWERED
No need for gas is this NANO-X design. The system is powered by 2 x 2220W elements which simply run off a household 10amp circuit. Paired with a WiFi 308T Inkbird Controller for temperature control of your mashing operations.
The HLT is also electric heated and manually controlled and monitored using the included dial thermometer.
Note: If you would like the HLT Auto Controlled, you can purchase an additional temperature controller and TC Thermowell from the optional extras.

Chiller: As standard, this system does not include a chiller and you may want to consider adding this to your system. It can be used inline with your pump and the end of your brewing process.
Additional Temp Controller & TC Thermowell: This will allow you to substitute the dial thermometer in the HLT to a thermowell for auto temp control of your sparging water.
