NANO-X FlexCube Micro 1.5″ TC Adaptor Kit – Project under development

This product is our Flexcube 1.5″ Tri Clover/Clamp adapter kit.

Features:

• 304SS Construction
• 1.5″ TC Connection on the bottom and top which is sanitary welded through / to a 4″ End Cap.
• 4 X 6mm holes to enable the adaptor to be secured firmly to our FlexCubes or to any brew bench or table
• 4″ Silicon seal provided. The silicon seal is beaded on one side and flat on the other to enable an effective seal on the top of the FlexCube
• Inner TC tubing diameter is 15mm
• 20mm top ferrule length and 70mm bottom ferrule length
• Can be used to mount a fermenter, with a 1.5″ cone dump port, to a bench, enable fluid to be pumped through a bench top or to simply mount all CPB Pump Brackets and a Nano Boss Controller bracket securing any pump and our controller on top or under our FlexCubes or any brewing bench top

For use on our FlexCube or any brew bench.  To fit the adaptor, you will need 4 X 6mm holes that are 70mm apart centred. You will then require a centred 55mm hole in the middle of the 6mm holes. The 55mm hole enables 1.5″ 70mm TC bottom ferrule to fit through the bench.

For use on our FlexCube which have all holes placed for this adaptor and the larger pipe work diameter adaptor. 4 X Nuts and bolts are supplied with the adaptor when purchased with our FlexCube.

To fit to a brew bench other then our FlexCube (Nuts and Bolts not supplied):

To fit the adaptor, you will need 4 X 6mm holes that are 70mm apart centred. You will then require a centred 55mm hole in the middle of the 6mm holes. The 55mm hole enables 1.5″ 70mm TC bottom ferrule to fit through the bench.
