NANO-X Bench Adapter – 1.5″ TC Adapter Kit
This product is our Bench Adapter that is 1.5″ Tri Clover/Clamp adapter kit. Fit this item to a brewing bench of your choice to enable a brewing pump or NANO Boss controller to be fixed and mounted to your brew bench.
Features:
- 304SS Construction
- 1.5″ TC Connection on the bottom and top which is sanitary welded through / to a 4″ End Cap.
- 4 X 6mm holes to enable the adapter to be secured to any brew bench or table
- 4″ Silicon seal provided. The silicon seal is beaded on one side and flat on the other to enable an effective seal on the top of your bench
- 34mm Inner Tri Clamp tubing allows fluid to go though the pipe work and under a brew bench where required
- 20mm top ferrule length and 70mm bottom ferrule length
- Can be used to mount a fermenter, with a 1.5″ cone dump port, to a bench, enable fluid to be dumped under your bench top or to simply mount all CPB Pumps and a Nano Boss Controller, with a 1.5″ Base plate (sold separately), to a brew bench
To fit to a brew bench or brew stand:
Step 1: Drill or use a hole-saw to make a 55mm hole to fit the bottom Tri Clover through
Step 2: Place the adapter through the 55mm hole and then mark your screw holes
Step 3: Drill 6mm screw holes
Step 4: Fit and secure your bench adapter
