Professional Inline Carbonation / Oxygenation Housing & Stone: 1.5″ Tri Clover Connection
Cheeky Peak Breweries Inline Carbonation / Oxygenation assembly is designed for professional brewers or brewers with fermenters that are 100L in size and up to 1600l in size.
An Inline Carbontaion Stone allows brewers to hook up and use the assembly accross a number of fermenters. Brewers can oxygenate as they fill each tank and carbonate ready beer as required.
With this type of assembly a carbonation stone is not required for every tank nore is your carbonation stone kept in a fermenter during fermentation, extending the life of your carbonation stone.
The carbonation stone in this assembly is 30cm long and 3cm in diameter, so it is massive, to enable faster carbonation. To use the system simply apply the end with no valve to your racking port and close the exit valve. Open the racking port to enable beer into the Inline Carbonation assembly and turn your CO2 on and carbonate. Once beer is carbonated you can then transfer the beer to your kegs via the exit valve.
When oxygenating your wort prior to pitching yeast simply pump the wort through the exit valve as you run oxygen through the stone. Fill up the fermenter via the racking port or any other port as you oxygenate.
