NANO Quick Seal Dump Valve – 304SS 3 Piece Ball Valve Set
NANO Brewery 304SS 3 Piece Ball Valve Quick Seal. We call it Quick Seal as there is no tyflon tape required to install it leak free into our NANO vessels.
Quick Seal is two flanged fittings coming together to produce the strongest and best leak free seal on the inside and outside of any vessel.
Quick Seal has taken our extreamly popular bulkhead fitting to a new level. We designed and made a 3 Piece Ball Valve and married it to our provin bulkhead and then created a flanged female bulkhead with nternal 1/2″ BSP thread to fit on the inside of the vessel. This assembly combined with two silicon washers placed on the outside and inside of the vessel enable the user to secure the fitting to the vessel as tight as he/she wish to go without the orings popping.
No longer do you need to go to the expense of welding thread to a vessel to get a nice secure leak free install on your weldless valves. These fitting are simply the best weldless fittings for your vessel inlet and outlet valve solutions.
